Each restaurant gets its own ordering website, a checkout for card and cash, and a kitchen screen where orders arrive and print. Sign-up, approval and day-to-day alerts are largely automated.
What exists today
A working platform at takein.online, currently running with test restaurants. It is not yet serving live paying restaurants.

Will independent restaurants pay for a channel of their own, and how much of the operation can run without someone watching it?
